Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to confirm availability. Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
